1K Galvanized – Aluminum Etching Primer can be used safely on all metal surfaces (mild steel sheet, zinc plated and galvanized surfaces, alluminium, etc.). It gives high film thickness. It is a Zinc-chromate based air drying product. It can be used in Machine, Ships, Automotive, Heavy Metal Industry and manufacture of agricultural equipments. it can be also used at high humidity places (greenhouses). Application and sanding are much more easier than other primers.It has high corrosion protection and gives higher gloss applied top coat on it ,such as Synthetic, Cellulosic, Industrial, Epoxy and Acrylic Paints.

Product Usage:

Mixing ratio: Add 100 unit Galvano 1K Galvanized-Aluminium Etching Primer to 50 units Cellulosic Thinner. Application by classic spraygun (1.3 – 1.8 nozzle) under 3-4 bar. It can be used by 2-3 single coat (45-50 micron). Drying times depending on environment temperature and humidity it becomes ready for sanding in 30-40 minutes.
