Product Description:

Rubbing Compound is applied to acrylic and cellulose paint surfaces to remove paint dusts, sanding paper marks, deep paint scratches, orange peeling surface images and paint sagging marks. It is also used before Fade-Out application to matte the paint surface and to remove paint dust and sanding marks after paint spraying on acrylic and cellulosic based paint surfaces. The product does not contain silicone. It must be protected from freezing during storage.

 

Product Usage:

Painted surface must be sanded by Wet P800– P1200 grade sanding paper. Polycar ExtraCut® rubbing compound is applied with a rubbing machine with 1200-1600 rpm speed or by hand with a clean and soft cloth. The process continues until the scratches on the surface are removed. The surface is cleaned after the process. If necessary, Polycar®Fine Polish Paste is applied for fine scratches and the surface is polished with Polycar Power Polish® or Teflon Polish.
