Product Description:

This is an air-drying zinc chromate based primer with excellent adhesion, which can be used on all kinds of metal surfaces (DKP Sheet, Zinc Coating and Galvanized, Aluminum etc.) in machinery, ship, automotive and heavy metal industries, in the production of agricultural tools and in all environments with high humidity (greenhouses) which can give high film thickness when desired, dries quickly, easy surface correction (sanding) after application, has high corrosion (rust prevention) resistance.

 

Product Usage:

After mixing the primer thoroughly, 100 parts of Galvano 1K Galvanized-Aluminum Etching Primer and 50 parts of Cellulosic Thinner can be added and 2-3 single coats (45-50 microns) can be applied with an air suction classical spray gun (1.3 - 1.8 mm nozzle diameter) at 3-4 bar application pressure. Drying times vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity. It is ready for sanding within 30-40 minutes.
