Product Description:

1K Plastic Surface Primer provides adhesion of topcoat paints, clearcoats and primers to be applied on plastic surfaces of different structures (PP, PP/EDPM, ABS, PE, PUR, PBT, PC, PVC, NYLON, TPO, PPO, XENOY).

 

Product Usage:

The application surface should be cleaned from dirt, silicone and oil for better adhesion. Plastic surfaces must be dry before applying plastic primer.

It should be applied in thin coats as 1-2 single coats. Much thicker applications may result in reduced adhesion. The recommended thickness is around 15-20 microns. After 15-20 minutes at room temperature, basecoat or topcoat paint can be applied.
